At Stocknot, we are committed to providing high-quality wholesale clothing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalised products
- Items returned after the 14-day window

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
- Contact us at helpme@stocknot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable costs will not be included in the refund.
