We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international wholesale enquiries, please contact our team directly at helpme@stocknot.co.uk

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are typically processed the same day.

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

We use trusted UK courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL for all deliveries.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date at helpme@stocknot.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Stocknot is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Bulk or Pallet Orders

For large wholesale or pallet orders, custom shipping arrangements may be required. Please contact us at helpme@stocknot.co.uk for quotes and logistics planning.
